I am a born Kiwi (New Zealander for those who don’t know) and cardio represents my love for exercise and the “feel good high” that I get from being active both inside and outside of the gym.
As long as I can remember my love for fitness and outdoors has always been there.
Being active as a kid with competitive horse riding, to adulthood and running 1/2 marathons, hiking mountains, cylcing in fondo’s and teaching fitness classes, the struggle with fluctuating weight was real. I had terrible eating habits and no no clue how to cook or make a “healthy meal”.
With busy schedules to keep, kids, their sports events and running bootcamps I had to dedicate time to learn what my body needed to stay lean and regain my six pack.
Fortunately I was able to study nutrition and habitual change for 3 years with the best of the best. I was provided with up-to-date relevant, proven nutrition information and mindset strategies in a structured curriculum and I loved it!
The knowledge I gained propelled both my coaching business and personal training business allowing me to pass on, lead by example and help many others get raving results.
I don’t believe in fad diets!
My job is to coach busy people to use real food in real life situations. I provide my clients with the proper tools to lead a healthier life, without feeling deprived of foods they enjoy.
I’m here to teach you how to love yourself so that you can live out your life as the STRONGEST, HEALTHIEST and most AWESOME version of you possible.
