I first met Chrissy at a bootcamp class she was teaching, where she kicked my sorry butte into shape. I wanted to lose weight and get toned for my wedding, so about 9 months out from my wedding, I started working with Chrissy one on one once a week. Combined with bootcamp classes, working out on my own and eating very clean I was able to achieve this goal. Chrissy gave me the tools and encouragement I needed to succeed. She tailored my workouts to my areas of concern; she is smart, personable and her workouts are never boring. For someone like me, who has a short attention span, having workouts be different and varied is key and Chrissy always changed up my workouts and kept it fun and fresh. I was able to drop two dress sizes and 15 lbs for my wedding. I was in the best shape of my life (more fit than I was in high school) for my big day. After that year of training, I was inspired to keep going, and have since completed a half marathon and a full marathon. Thank you Chrissy!

Working out has become very important to me in the last few years. I asked Chrissy to help me attain my goals of getting stronger, losing weight and toning up after baby number two. Since working with Chrissy, I have shocked myself by doing things that I never imagined doing (like a pull-up). Chrissy is great! My husband and I trained with her before our wedding. My goal was to look as tight and toned as possible in my wedding dress and I'm happy to say that I reached that goal!
